We spent the day today at the Mondelēz kitchens with our Honey Maid Prize Winning Chef, Leah, from Allentown, PA. Leah won the Made Co. Honey Maid Recipe contest with her scrumptious “Just My Size Peanut Butter Pie.” Her miniature pies featured a Honey Maid crust, with a multi-layer taste explosion of chocolate ganache, peanut butter, and a peanut butter cream topping.

Leah, along with the culinary experts at Mondelēz, recreated her winning recipe for a professional photo shoot. The recipe will be featured on the Nabisco Honey Maid package and web site.

The prize experience for Leah included meeting the Honey Maid brand manager, product development team, the sensory lab team and the consumer insights team all so she could get a sense of how Honey Maid products get made.
