Chicago in February can be a cold place and everyone is looking to #BREAKFREE from that cold and head somewhere a bit warmer. This past weekend, Virgin Mobile gave the people of Chicago that opportunity. On Saturday, February 23, Virgin Mobile held the “#BREAKFREE to Miami Scavenger Hunt” in the Park West neighborhood of Chicago around their flagship store located at 2562 N Clark St, Chicago, IL. Consumers who signed up to participate were given clues taking them all over the neighborhood to local hot spots and landmarks such as Floyd’s Barber Shop, The Weiner Circle, and the Goethe statue in Lincoln Park. Those that were able to figure out all the clues then returned to the Virgin Mobile store where, as a result of completing the hunt, they were entered into a random drawing to win a trip for them and a guest to fly down to Miami for a long weekend to BREAKFREE of the cold.
